COVETING: TEXTURED SKIRT

I am infatuated with textured skirts. Plumes, sequins, large paillettes---a combination of some of those elements. I especially like the thought of wearing one casually by pairing it with sneakers and an oversized sweatshirt. That combination would make the quintessential Spring outfit.
