On my jobs we use a lot of taper candles which I think are so elegant and dramatic. We mainly use ivory to keep it neutral but occasionally a bride will be open to more bold choices like a honey or taupe. On Pinterest I have been spotting black taper candles and they are really catching my eye. They are being used in a way that doesn't make the tablescape look gothic or witchy by being paired with arrangements consisting of colorful and bold flowers and solid colored dinnerware. I especially like them in a brass candlestick holder. Might have to try this as home!
