Making a statement on the corner of Downing Street in the West Village is Cafe Clover. This spacious restaurant is a dream. It is fully lined with banquettes in the dreamiest blue. Also surrounding the restaurant is stark white molding making the banquettes pop even more. I envision this scene in a kitchen. I see this interesting blue hue on kitchen cabinets accented with brass hardware and paired with white and grey marble slab countertops [which sits on Cafe Clover's bar] and lots of white crown molding surrounding the space. Can't you see it? If you can't quite grasp the vision I am creating, be sure to visit Cafe Clover---home of the most delectable blue and beet veggie burger!
